Andrew signed up on 8 Jan 1918 
he was the son of John and Mary Myerscough nee Whittle and was born in
 1900 at 11 Alby East Preston and died 25 Jan 1961 Salford Lancashire.
No. 91 Squadron was formed on 1 September 1917 at Spittlegate where
 it was engaged in wireless telegraphy training. 
On 4 July 1918, it was re-designated a fighter Squadron and began

 to receive Dolphins but did not become operational before
 the end of the war and was disbanded on 3 July 1919.
