Notes

James joined the Royal Field Artillery at Liverpool 
on the 5th May 1915 at the age of 20 years 3 months. 
He was 5ft 3 inches tall, chest 33 inches, 
His vision was good and physical development was stated to be fairly good.
He was discharged 3 years and 11 months later on the 23rd August 1918 as being physically unfit. 
He served in France from the 6th February 1917 to the 2nd November 1917. 
He was wounded on the 25th October 1917 (?). 

James Myerscough was awarded the 
Victory Medal & British War Medal for service in World War One
