Notes

John, the husband of Mary Eliza Myerscough,
 of "Bella Vista" 55, Abbey Rd., Highfield Rd, South Shore, Blackpool.  
Son of Thomas Myerscough & Mary J Speakman. John enlisted 22 August 1914
He died on the 25th April 1916 at the age of 30.
 John Myerscough was awarded the Victory Medal, &  British War Medal
 & 1914 Star with Clasp
for service in World War One.
