John served and died under the name John Johnson

Notes

John served under the name of Johnson. 
He was the husband of Margaret Ann Myerscough, 
of 29, James Street, Oswaldtwistle, Lancs 
and the son of John Charles Myerscough & Sarah Fox. 
He died on the 7th March 1915 aged 23

East Lancashire Regiment / 1st Battalion Western Front August 1914–1918

John Myerscough was entitled to the British War Medal &  Victory medal,
 for service in World War One.
