Mascar Row Cottages Waddington
  Built by John Myerscough 1743-1815
in the 18th century 
John was the only child of Thomas & Mary Myerscough of Bashall Eaves
 he was born 1743 and died 1815 
John  was a yeoman and had leases on farm land and  buildings at Harrop Fold 
John was married to Margaret Kenyon
who after his death in 1815 
 married Robert Dewhurst  in 1816

 when Margaret died in 1841 all her estate went to Robert and to his family when he died in 1843
