Notes: Funeral services for Pitcher Long, 86, longtime Clevelander, 
will be held tomorrow in San Jose, California
After retirement from the maintenance staff of Western Reserve University 15 years ago,
 Mr. Long moved with wife to San Jose 
to live with their daughter, Mrs. Avis Downing.
His wife, the former Selina N. Myerscough, a native Clevelander,
died in San Jose six years ago.
 He is survived by another daughter, Miss Eunice Long of Los Angeles,
and a son, James P. Long, 
vice president and treasurer of the Cleveland-Cliffs Iron Co.
