Notes
Richard Myerscough joined the army on the 23rd October 1915 at St Helens at the age of 44(!)
 He was  5ft 6 & 1/4 inches tall with a chest measurement of 35 & 1/2 in 
He was discharged no longer physically fit for military service on the grounds of 
arterial sclerosis on the 28th September 1917. 
The medical report states that his actual age was 63 on the 5/9/07!! 
The cause of the disability is given as 'advancing age'!
