Notes
Richard enlisted on the 17th (7th?) July 1915 at Blackpool at the age of 28 years 6 months,  
He was 5ft 9in tall and weighed 150lbs with a chest measurement of 36 inches.
Richard was promoted to Farrier Sergeant on the 26th May 1916.
He transferred to the RGA on the 1st August 1918 He was discharged with Hodgkin's lymphoma
 on the 16th January 1919 having spent time at Bath War Hospital.

Richard Myerscough was awarded the Victory Medal & British War Medal 
for service in World War
