Richard Bradford Myerscough was awarded 

the Victory Medal & British War Medal & 1915 Star 
for service in World War 
He first signed up for duty 12 November 1914
Description 5 feet 4 inches, 111 lbs,chest 35 inches.
Richard had Synovites to the left knee and was in hospital for 13 days 
which he suffered whilst baynot fighting
He had a mole on right shoulder,scar over right eye,scar on inside of left thigh
He enlisted 20 September 1915 Served in Egypt 9 months France & Belgium 13 months

Richard was gassed Sept 1916 and was in hospital at Withington Manchester.
His trade was Painter & Decorator
Promoted to Sgt 2 November 1918

Demobbed 16 Feb 1919
