Notes
Thomas was the son of James and Ada Winifred Myerscough, 

of Preston, Lancashire 
and husband of Ann Harrison Myerscough, 
of Longridge, Lancashire. 
He died on the 17th June 1944 at the age of 33.
Thomas Gerard Myerscough was awarded the 1939-45 Star for operational Service in the Second World War between 3rd September 1939, and 2nd September 1945. also Entitled to War Medal 1939-1945.
At the Base of the headstone is a Memorial to his Uncle.John J Duckett killed at Loos on 29 Sept 1915
